Abstract
Based upon the relationship between clinical, and radiographic(brain CT and angiograms) findings, the authors analyzed 87 cases of ruptrued anterior communicating artery aneurysms that were operated on at the Department of Neurosurgery of Wallace
Memorial Baptist Hospital from January 1987 to December 1992.
@ES The results of analysis were sumarized as follows:
@EN 1) On the preoperative brain. CT, ventricular enlargement, cerebral or ventricular hemorrhage were 28% and in those cases, Hunt & Hess grade was high and prognosis was poor.
